I not only love to cook, I love to create my own recipes using unique flavor combinations and fresh ingredients. I also love to learn the science behind what I cook often using food as the basis for science experiments for school and at home.
Recently I created a barbeque sauce using balsamic vinegar and unique flavors. My combinations won praise from family and friends. I began to sell my original sauce at church bazaars, which led to repeated requests and the addition of a spicy version of my original sauce and later an olive oil based marinade.
